I finally found some time today to go through my Tales from the Nursery blog and twitter account (@NurseryTales) and saw that I haven’t blogged since April 22nd. I can say that is exactly when I started going back into the office.

To refresh your memory, my husband and I own a Web Design and Internet Marketing business. We have both been working for our company since 2005, although I didn’t become “full-time” until November 2007. At that point I became pregnant with my youngest and started working at home. I worked at home up until April of this year, where we just needed some extra help inside the office. I went to work after my mother-in-law agreed to watch our youngest daughter during the day.

Having had a full time job for 6 years prior to my departure in 2007, I knew how difficult it would be teetering the thin line of career woman and mom/housewife. Adding another child (and then another dog) into the mix, seemed to make it that much more difficult. Then as the cherry on top, adding your own business, has made it very difficult for me. My job follows me everywhere.. I promise I am not complaining (although it sounds like it.. I apologize).

So basically, I am trying to catch up on my blogs! I hope everyone is having a nice summer so far.. I can’t believe how fast it has flown by! I hope to keep blogging on a routine basis (again) and I hope you keep coming back to read them!
